Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 of the total price must be paid by the end of the business day once the invoice is sent. We will automatically cancel your booking if the deposit isn't made by the end of the business day. The balance for your event must be paid 7 days prior to your event date. Extra fees may apply if the balance is not paid on time and or canceled. There will be a $100 cancelation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. There will be a $50 rescheduling fee for any bookings that are rescheduled for a different date. NO REFUNDS will be given if you have paid your balance in full. Lisa's RVG will try its best to accommodate any changes.
