Policies & Procedures


A valid credit or debit card is required to purchase and secure your requested event date/time. Payment in full must be made within 48hrs of party request acceptance, or the request will be subject to cancellation. The full amount of your balance should be paid in full 7 days before your event.


There is a $100 deposit required for booking or holding a time slot. The deposit is required to be paid the day of the request in order for us to hold your time slot.



There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all events canceled after payment is received


Events canceled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event will be refunded in full ***less the cancellation fee***. 


Lisa's RVG will make every effort to postpone/reschedule your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary. 


There will be NO REFUND if the event is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled event.

Travel Surcharge

We serve an area with a radius of 50 miles from zip code 77082. Events outside of our 50 mile radius will incur a travel surcharge.


How do I do this? How do I look into booking a party?

From our "BOOK NOW" page, choose your date and time and we’ll respond letting you know if it is available. Just confirm and that’s it!

I submitted a Booking Request, but have not seen an e-mail. Why?

Please check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder in your e-mail program to make sure our response didn’t get sent there. Please be sure to mark our email as “not spam” so our e-mails come to your inbox from now on!

What about bad weather?

We come rain, shine, cold or hot — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive, we'll be there.

What time should I make the party?

We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is a half hour to one hour before our arrival time. This will allow guests time to eat first, and see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!

What time will you arrive?

The Game Coach will arrive 15 - 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time, to set up and be ready for your party.

What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?

Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun!

Do I have to pay for the party in advance?

Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay online. Otherwise, your date and time is not reserved and/or confirmed.
